2. Non-Refundable ItemsCertain types of items cannot be returned or refunded. These include: Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable software once accessed or downloaded. Customized, personalized, or custom-made goods. Perishable goods, intimate items, or sanitary goods for health and hygiene protection. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of checkout.



3. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
